But unfortunately we have some gaps for excellent resources which include interactive / digital white board technology in every classroom, minimum forty desktop in computer lab, motivational book in library and insufficient playground, scientific equipment in lab internal facility in school science lab (7 microscopes). We are also needed a stage for assembly so that we can organise our assembly programme very attractively. Our assembly ground would have been made of stone breaks then our children would be safe. We have also required sports equipments for students. We don’t have well prepared play ground so we need stair for lower ground with properly labelled. There is also lacking a hall for student’s programme basically in rainy and summer seasons. We would be grateful to achieve these requirement in our support school from any organisation will be fruitful for our school children.

Challenges

There are many challenges we face in SPS – in PTM mostly in senior classes participation of parents are very less. Some parents are fully depended in school only.

CAMPAIGN

Education is a basic human right for all children but the most of the people in slums area of India are living below the poverty line and are facing many problems like lack of food, shelter, health care, education. All there will have effect on children’s well-being and education. As we are living in 21st century where everything is becoming digital so the deal with all aspects, education plays a vital role in every background. If we look into the rural belts especially with tribal and primitive tribe education is lacking back, so to promote the education we took a small initiative to do a survey i a village Sugiya, block Mandu of Ramgarh District. Here in Sugiya there were 39 house hold with 5 children under 10 years of age. It was shocking to know that all the children were enrolled in the government schools but their regular participation in school is very less and quality of education is not up to the mark. 2nd survey was done with Mlhar tribe in Pundi village of Pundi Panchayat Mandu Block and Mishrail modha village of Mishrail Modha Panchayat of Dadi Block with 10 house hold with 20 children of age 3 to 10 years. Out of 20 children approx 50% of children are enrolled in school but regular participation in school is missing along with quality education. Here the main reason is unawareness of parents for education as they think that the age of enrolling in school is above 5 to 6 years of age. 2nd reason of not going to school unavailability of school infrastructure, proper sitting arrangement , sports facility lacking of teacher and proper guidance of children. 3rd survey was done in Nagry Village of Churchu Block where there are 16 house hold with 18 children below 5 to 10 years age. In this village all children are enrolled in school. As we come to know that all the children are enrolled in school but as quality of education and regular going to school is missing , so seeing it we can work in various aspects. 1. We can take a room in rent in their community itself and higher to teacher according to various subjects and need based and each day at least 2 hours of session can be conducted. These session can be interactive with lesson, doubt clearing class, co curricular activities to engage the children and motivate and encourage them for education. During 2 hours of session we can do 15 minutes of session of health awareness and nutrition including conjunction pattern as they face health issue, problem of anaemia and mall nutritio.
