  1. Demand led and doorstep service delivery system by the rural entrepreneurs

  4. Adapting new technology in income-generating activities
  5. Didis are utilizing smartphones and scooty (increasing assets)
  6. Community institution working as a block growth catalyst.
  7. Children of intervention areas going to private schools for better education.
  8. Behavioral transformation like sanitation, vaccination, etc.
  9. Gender impartiality maintained.
  10. Maximum didis have their own savings bank accounts and balance.
  11. Didis are empowered — dealing with banks, block offices & stakeholders.
