• Smart Classrooms, Computer Lab & Science Lab operational.
• Remedial classes for weaker students across 5 villages.
• SBI Sanjeevani mobile health van providing doorstep medical services.
• Swachhata Saathi for waste collection & hygiene awareness.
• 50 farmers trained in climate-resilient farming; 150 nutrition gardens set up.
• Prerna Centres being developed for women empowerment through tailoring.
• Youth Training Centre planned for job readiness & defense aspirants.
• Regular SHG & youth meetings to strengthen community participation.
